Project 365 Day 321

Saturday I took a little break from my crazy week and Mike and I did a longer ride on the Katy Trail. Chilly day but still beautiful to be out in the sunshine.

It's been a crazy week and a half so I have not been as diligent taking or posting pictures.

Last Friday was Go Blue Day where I worked at the Children's Trust Fund Go Blue Walk and got some lovely spring time photos around the Capitol.

Project 365 Day 319

Hit the trail tonight for a lovely ride. Looking forward to the months ahead of gaining strength and distance on the bike.

Sunday Spring

Did the first lawn mowing of the season and had a nice early evening outside in the yard and on the deck with the furry ones. April always makes me much happier than March. This year is no exception. While I don't wish time away as life is too precious for that, I am very much looking forward to the Spring, and to having the stress of the next week over and hitting the road to Colorado with my love for a much needed vacation.

Project 365 Day 317

Saturday I got to go to Lawrence to see some dear friends from high school and have a little dinner. I also got to look at the beautiful show my dear friend Amy has directed and is getting ready to open for the KU theatre department. If you live nearby you should go see Little Women (the musical). You'll thank me later when you see her shows on Broadway. You won't find a show directed by anyone more passionate and dedicated to her craft. She is a true artist and I am so grateful to call her my friend.
