Project 365 Day 60

These are pictures from the Pinwheels for Prevention ceremony at the Missouri Capitol.  It celebrated child abuse prevention month and gave awards to two outstanding legislators who show regular support for children's issues.  It was a super windy day, I wished I could have captured the true spinning of all the pinwheels.
