Project 365 Day 120

4 months?!!  It's only been 4 months?  It's already been 4 months?   This is about 3 months and 2 weeks longer than I thought I'd last on this crazy blog.  Of course I haven't turned in to the amazing photographer/photo journalist that I was sure I would after 4 months....but I'm still loving my camera, loving taking pictures.

Today was one of those terrible, horrible, awful, no good, very bad days....but only in the #firstworldproblems kind of way.  I'm healthy, my family is healthy, life is very good.  Just one of those work days where nearly everything that could go wrong did, and I reached my professional limit for the day.

This is also how you know you have a good boss.  She perhaps sensed the impending implosion and thought she should send me on my way.  When she did though, she and another co-worker gave me a tip of a place I could go on my way home to get great pictures of the Missouri River.  I thought it would be good to get some close up shots of how close it is to becoming slightly problematic for the residents of Jefferson City.  It's already slightly problematic for the commuters who park in the "broken bridge" parking lot.

Just like life, just like stressful days, the river will rise, it will crest and it will fall and we will wonder why we ever worried.
