| This is the only spoon I have so far in my spoon rack, but it is my great-grandmother's berry spoon. What I love most about this though is the hand-written note from my grandmother. Can you tell she was a school teacher? The penmanship is top notch. :) |

A frame that hangs in our hallway. It has pictured all the animals that have been in our house and our hearts since we've been together.

This is the current duvet cover on our bed. Silly picture. Sure. Unless you're me. I'm a sucker for high thread count sheets and beautiful duvets. Makes for sweet dreams.

This is a little art project that I did a couple of years ago. M and I wrote our own vows for our wedding and saved them on note cards. So I took the note cards and combined both of our vows on to this one and then glued the scrabble tiles over. It hangs right by our bed. It's usually the last thing I look at before I go to sleep at night. A reminder of how incredibly blessed and grateful I am to share my life with my soul mate. It also helps you remember not to go to bed angry.

This is the chalkboard that hangs in our kitchen. You wouldn't believe how long it took me to notice this very sweet thing that M left for me. It's good to pay to the little things in life, not just the big things.
